I hope to have several events coming up. Some will be on Zoom and some in person. These are so you can connect with other people and hopefully learn some helpful information to spur you on to better health.
Teens
Teens can join Mia on the first and third Fridays of each month for talks about natural options for common issues like skin health, digestive complaints, and menstrual pain.

We have so many options available to us to step into healthier lives. I promote the use of Essential Oils, Homeopathy, supplements, herbs, exercise, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and so much more.
